The American Islamic Congress is holding an essay contest on civil rights in the Middle East. This essay contest is a part of the HAMSA (Hands Across the Mideast Support Alliance) Initiative, cofounded by Tharwa Founder Ammar Abdulhamid, who also acts as a judge for the essay submissions.
